Did you accidentally format your DVD/CD. Want to recover lost data from it. You don't need data recovery tools which take hours. You only need a couple of tools which you probably may have.
To recover lost data:
Tools: (i)PowerIso (Download PowerIso)
(ii) ImgBurn (Download ImgBurn) or any other tool which will extract an .bin from the CD.
Steps:
i) Insert the formatted CD into your CD Drive.
You will notice that explorer is showing that CD has some data but when you open the CD you see that the CD is empty.
ii) Open ImgBurn and Create an Image file from a disk.
iii) Locate the image file on your hard drive and open it with PowerIso.
iv) Voila!!! The contents of the disk are present there.
v) Extract it to any place you want.
Enjoy.
Method 2:
You can also create an ISO instead of .bin and extract it with WinRar.
